The MSI GT 730 N730-4GD3V2 is a budget-friendly graphics card targeting users who need more graphical capability than integrated graphics but don’t require a high-end gaming GPU. It uses the NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 GPU and comes with 4 GB DDR3 memory on a 128-bit memory bus.

Its core clock runs at 700 MHz (according to MSI)  and the memory clock is 1,000 MHz (effective DDR3) per the official datasheet. The card supports PCI Express 2.0 ×16 for connectivity.

On the display side, it offers a DVI-I (dual-link) port, HDMI 1.4a, and VGA (D-Sub), with support for up to two simultaneous displays. It can output up to 2560 × 1600 @ 60 Hz on DVI.

Power-wise, it’s very efficient and only consumes around 49 W, so it doesn’t require an external power connector.  MSI recommends a 300 W PSU for stable operation.

For graphics APIs, it supports DirectX 12 (feature level 11_0) and OpenGL 4.4, making it compatible with many modern applications and basic games.

In terms of size, the card is quite compact: 145 × 106 × 30 mm, making it suitable for smaller cases. Its weight is around 250 g, based on MSI’s specifications.
